Community Workshop and Training Center’s Community Living Facilities provide training in daily living skills training in a 24 hour staff supported group setting. Training and support services are provided on an individual basis with the input of the residents. Case management services include person centered planning and the coordination of ancillary services.
Terry is a lifelong resident of Chillicothe and has lived at the Crabel Court Community Living Facility and worked at CWTC for 32 years. He takes pride in his job and has an excellent work ethic. In his leisure time, Terry is involved in community activities. He enjoys Special Olympics bowling, movies, trains and eating out. Terry is a huge Chicago Bears and Cubs fan. His favorite pastime is putting puzzles together… the more pieces, the better!

prenatal care or specialized services.
– Ability to learn to self-medicate, perform
daily living skills and care for personal needs.
24 Hours A Day
All staff members are trained in basic first aid, CPR and CPI (crisis intervention). As required by program certification, staff members have also successfully completed direct service provider curriculum. All staff are trained in Illinois mandated Rule 50.
