Mary Ann

Mary Ann has been a resident in an apartment in Peoria for many years. Over the past few years, she has made significant progress improving her quality of life. Facing some major health problems, Mary Ann took an aggressive approach to diet and exercise, with the assistance of her case manager, and now has managed to get her health problems under control. She has become her own payee for her Social Security benefits and works with staff to maintain financial stability by budgeting her own money. She also participates in CWTC’s self-advocacy group. Mary Ann has been successful in setting realistic goals and achieving them.
