Vision
Our foundation is dedicated to ensure the adults with disabilities served by Community Workshop & Training Center continue to receive quality programs and services by increasing and diversifying community support.
Purpose
- The CWTC Foundation was established to increase our organization's ability to attract financial support and has two main functions; securing the funding for CWTC's programs, and managing those funds.
- The CWTC Foundation is the vehicle for the development and expansion of the organization's planned giving program. The program provides parents, families, and others the information needed to include the CWTC Foundation in their estate planning decisions through a will or living trust; assets like real estate, life insurance, retirement accounts or other financial investments. Additionally, the CWTC Foundation plays an integral part in helping the organization identify and secure personal and corporate gifts.
- The CWTC Foundation is working together with the Community Foundation of Central Illinois. This collaborative effort allows us to concentrate on what we do best, delivering valuable programs; while delegating administration of the endowment to the investment professionals.
