Community Workshop & Training Center's Community Employment Placement Services are designed to provide both potential employers and employees the resources and flexibility to ensure a beneficial job match.
CWTC's placement staff provide on site support to employers and employees. Offering assistance where and whenever necessary. Employers have 24 hour a day access to staff members.

Organizational Employment
Community Workshop & Training Center's Organizational Employment Program provides job skills training to individuals with disabilities. This is accomplished by the organization's operation of an out-sourcing contract services business.
Job Skills Training
This program focuses on helping an individual develop the skills needed to find and maintain competitive community based employment. The program emphasizes a potential employee's need to possess overall workplace skills.
