Minimum Employment Requirements:
- 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent or ability to obtain one in a reasonable amount of time
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
- Passing a criminal background check
Applicants with convictions for certain crimes may be barred by state law from working with adults with disabilities. CWTC performs driving record verification through the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles. Employees required to drive must have a satisfactory driving record.

Are you looking to give back to your community in a rewarding, fulfilling way? Do you have a hobby you’d like to share with our clients? CWTC is seeking volunteers in the areas of basic skills, computer skills, arts and crafts, gardening, and music. We would love to have you give a few hours a week to enhance our services and provide entertainment, growth, and fellowship for our clients.
